Description:

My goal for this project was to make an interactable poster through twine. I wanted my poster/project to evolve each time the user clicks on the text. Some evolutions are adding more text, colors, or pictures. I also wanted players to be able to go back if they missed any features of my poster, so I added a previous page system.

Failures:

This was my first time using twine, so the project might be plain since there are only basic features. I tried to make my poster interactable as possible with how little my knowledge was. I didn't have any knowledge on how to implement systems such as font size, or audio, which I wanted to do for my poster. To make up for not knowing how to change font size I used headers to make text I wanted to stand out bigger.  I  wanted to add some sound effects to the interactions and into my easter egg. I also wanted background music, but I didn't know how to do that. I wanted these systems to make my poster more alive or grab the user's attention, sadly I didn't know how to implement them. Lastly, I wanted to make some texts have different fonts in the passages, but I didn't know how to do that, so I stuck with one font.  I don't know how to move images to precisely where I wanted them to be, so I prayed they were in the right spot.

Note: With this being my first time with twine I don't know the limits and what twine can perform so this is as much I can do sadly.

Success:

Luckily I did find some success while making this project, such as knowing how to implement background colors and pictures. I liked how my color palettes turned out and how I made my poster interactable. I was able to learn how to position my text to places I wanted them to be. I was able to figure out how to make my poster interactable (sort of?).
